Condition block - Save Button Disabled _reg

Dear Sir/Madam,
Why in the canvas when I use the Condition block, the save button gets disabled. Particularly when I select Condition On as User Message, Condition as Equal/ Contains the save button disabled, but when I select Exists the save button gets Enabled. Why this happens?
I need resolving as soon as possible. Because this block needs to be implemented in my chatflow, then only I will complete my chatflow automation.
