View Status shows 100% in Pending

Broadcast messages status shows as "Sent" but when i check the View Status shows 100% in Pending... please guide me to resolve this issue

We reviewed out Meta account and the number is still connected.

Kindly help on this matter and resolve at the earliest. Thank you.

When a broadcast shows as Sent, but the View Status displays contacts as Pending, it means the messages have been dispatched from Pabbly but are still awaiting delivery confirmation from WhatsApp/Meta’s servers.

To refresh the connection and resolve the issue, kindly follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your Pabbly account using the registered (owner) email ID.

  2. Click the three dots next to the WhatsApp number.

  3. Select the Subscribe option to re-establish the connection properly.

Once completed, try sending a test message.
