I have a customer that has had a subscription for over a year. I created a coupon called AudBoss Monthly Free, that I am attempting to attach to her subscription. When I choose the coupon, I then click save, but this makes NO change to the current subscription. How do I do this? Is the only way to do this, to cancel her current subscription? Seems to me, you should be able to simply add a coupon as appropriate.

We checked the case & detected that you were using a flat $165 coupon, for reference please follow the below screenshot -

So, we request you to please create a 100% off coupon & then apply the same to the current subscription to make this work. For instance, please follow the below image -
