Hi guys,

I just moved from Zapier and I'm having a bit of trouble setting up delays since it needs one extra step to format the date.

Please check my photos and let me know if I made any mistakes.

The objective is to call a customer based on their requested date and time using the Tidycal application.

I'm not sure if Pablly picks up the start date as a dynamic date since the requested callback time always changes based on the customer's request.

Hello Prince,
Remove "star" from date field(Second Screenshot). If you are still not able to solve this on your own feel free to DM me and we can do a free zoom call. FYI I'm not from Pabbly Connect team, just a freelancer who helps other Pabbly users.

Thank you for addressing the issue. I made some changes to the Time zone and removed the star. The workflow is now functioning correctly, but I am receiving a call every 15 minutes instead of just one call at the scheduled time. My Tidycal has a 15-minute interval for availability, which means people can book appointments every 15 minutes. However, Pabbly is not recognizing the new appointment as a single trigger. It seems that the workflow is being automatically triggered every 15 minutes instead of just once. Do you have any ideas on how to resolve this?
Updated screenshots are attached

TidyCal uses a polling-based trigger with a 10-minute interval. This means that every 10 minutes, Pabbly Connect checks for new bookings in your TidyCal account. If one or more new bookings are detected during this interval, the workflow is triggered that many times. This behavior is inherent to polling-based triggers, as they are designed to function this way.

If two bookings are received between one check and the next, your workflow will be triggered twice—once for each booking. However, if no bookings are received between two checks, the workflow will not be triggered at all.

I only accept one appointment every 15 minutes, and I used Tidycal with Zapier without any issues before.

To work around this, I signed up for Cal.com, but now my Thoughtly application isn't showing in the list, even though it's already connected.

This workflow is very simple, with only 3-4 steps, but I haven't been able to get it to work in the last 72 hours.

Do you have any idea why Thoughtly isn't showing in the list?

The mapping list shows the steps above the step you are trying to map data in. Since you are trying to map data in Step 4 of the workflow, only Steps 1, 2, and 3 will appear in the mapping list. You don't have Thoughtly in any of the first three steps.

Thoughtly will appear in the list if you try to map data in Step 5 of your workflow, as Step 4 of the workflow is the Thoughtly action step.

I've attached a screenshot of my previous workflow, which had a repeated call issue. It shows Thoughtly only on steps 4 and 5, which is how it should be. The goal is to get an automatic call at the time and date the customer scheduled. The steps to achieve that include using any calendar app, sorting the date, delaying the call until the start time requested by the scheduler, creating a contact in Thoughtly, and finally calling the person who requested the appointment.
Also the mapping must show the connected app on the 4th step which is the Thoughtly app but it fails to show it.

This was working yesterday with Tidycal, but today it has stopped showing info for creating contacts in Thoughtly, which must be an internal issue on your end.
