Doubt in Razor Pay

In one of my client's razor pay account, the name of the product was not getting transferred when I captured the payment. Am i missing something here? In case he has multiple products, how can i differentiate the notifications? i wanted to send a WhatsApp msg to all those who made that payment and also deliver the ebook on whatsapp.

How can i send a specific ebook if there are 3 ebooks when I dont know the title? Based on the ebook payment, i want to send the different links of ebook.

Rzorpay does not send Payment Page name in the webhook data, check my this post it will explain you the workaround - https://www.facebook.com/groups/formget.deals/posts/947231232723166

Another workaround is to setup create all products with different prices and set filter, which I do not like personally bcoz there will be situations where you will create same priced payment pages.
