"Duplicate Active Subscription" Error and slow webhook

Hello, I'm having two issues. the first issue is that I get this error when I test the webhook response. Any idea how to solve it?

Secondly, I'm having issues with the "lead status changed" trigger for Close being slow and not recognizing 90% of the events that it should recognize. I created the same automation in Integromat and the trigger worked immediately, so it is not an issue with Close. Any idea how to solve this as well? Thanks.
