Duplicated tasks

Hello!
What can I do to remove duplicate tasks? I am trying to update contacts in Mautic when in ThriveCart an abandoned cart occurs.

In Mautic the same contact appears twice with the same email.

We looked into your issue and we found that the trigger where the webhook(inbuilt) was subscribed in the Thrivecart account was subscribed twice for the same event. So that's why it is sending the same events and the details twice.

Please contact to Thrivecart support team and ask them to unsubscribe the dual events on this particular Webhook URL due to which you are getting dual entries every time.
