email not offered as option

I am trying to connect thrivecart product purchase with circle. when I get to the circle action it requires an email - however, the dropdown menu options offered in this field do not include an email address. I tried doing convertkit to circle and the same issue remains. Please can someone tell me what I am doing wrong?

As we can see from your respective workflow, you didn't capture your webhook response of Thrivecart: Product Purchase completely.
