Email Workflow is not working properly - Sending To Only Few People

I've made a workflow that send course access through email whenever they purchase on razorpay, the problem is, everything thing is working perfectly (testing & also buyers are getting access) but sometime pabbly don't send email to some of our buyers... Plzz solve this i had to do manually when they don't get it and this is the only reason why i've subscription of Pabbly Connect...
