Error on Email Parser UI error?

A new experience for me today: I capture an email for my workflow, but I cannot use it in future workflow steps. So I refresh - and the captured email information disappears!

My workflow is "Wrike Test"

Please recapture the data from the email parser and then map the data to the next step. Kindly monitor the issue for the next couple of days and let me know if you are still facing any issues.

Could you please click on Capture Email Parser Response and then send the data through it then you will get the data for mapping?

Could you please click on Capture Email Parser Response, receive the response again, and then click on the Connected button on the Text Formatter by Pabbly and reconnect it?

As we have checked the workflow "Wrike Test" there is no response captured by Email Parser that's the reason you are not getting any data in the next step. Kindly follow the steps and let me know if you can't still get the data.

Hi,

I'm not sure how many times i can explain this. Do you see my first screencast in this thread? It shows that I capture the email response, try to use it in the next step, and there is nothing available to select.
