eSignature.io missing placeholder

Hello

eSignature.io placeholders are not pulling from the template. I have tested with different templates and nothing is working. See my attached screens.

Please fix this bugs urgently.

Kindly reconnect the action step once and then try again. You will see the fields in the action step accordingly.
