failed workflow task

Hi, I have set up this workflow and it keeps failing, error:
Failed (404): The response received from the Kit (V4) app is shown below.
Everytime I check the Kit subscriber does have the tag that should be removed, can you take a look and help me?
I have tried resetting the workflow several times already
