Forward Custom Data Working But Fields Missing

I have a "Forward Custom Data" step in my flow that is working as I originally set it up. I need to add some more "custom data fields," but when I open the step, the fields are not shown. I know they must be there because they are still forwarding. How do I get them to show so I can add the new fields? I tried clicking the + but that only gives me a new field, it doesn't show the old ones. I've included the link to the workflow below. (This is also happening on the data forwarders I have setup on other workflows.)
