(#100) Invalid parameter usually appears when the WhatsApp number is not fully set up for Cloud API use. Could you please confirm the following:
- Have you added this number inside your Meta Business Portfolio at business.facebook.com?
- Is the number currently active on WhatsApp / WhatsApp Business App on any device?
To assist you accurately, please share a short screen recording showing:
– Your
Business Verification status
–
Payment method added
– The number displayed under
WhatsApp Manager → Phone Numbers
At the moment, the number does not seem ready for WhatsApp Cloud API usage. Once we have the recording, we will review the setup and guide you accordingly.
