please help me resolve the error attached, i have added payment method on meta today itself after seeing this message

Apologies for the confusion. Based on the error details, it appears the message failed to send due to a payment-related issue in your Meta account. We recommend reviewing the billing section of your Meta account to resolve this.

That said, other messages seem to be processing successfully without any issues.
