GMB Review reply not working.

I have a workflow designed for multiple clients but the review reply is not shown in the Google Business Profile. In the pabbly workflow history we see that the workflow is completed and successfully execcuted but not refecteing in the Google Profile. Attached are the screenshots of the same. Please look into it on priority as the workflow has been stopped for many client.
