Google Sheets to Google Contacts Only Syncing One Contact

I created a workflow from Sheets to Contacts. The Google Sheet is a membership "database" (has 479 entries) that has a column for which email distribution list (i.e. Label in Google speak) each contact should be assigned. I created a filter in the workflow to sort the Google Sheet by one of the labels. I then mapped the Sheet to Contacts and then assigned it the correct Label in contacts.

When the workflow runs, only the first entry sync's. There should be 256 members/contacts. I don't understand what I did wrong.

Hey @VFW 4893

In the " Google Contacts: Add Contact to Group/Label" action step you need to map the contact Id in the Contact label field.

Kindly check out the following screenshot for your understanding.

Google Sheets is set up correctly, including "Send on Event" (i.e. change to row OR addition of new row). See embedded screenshot.

I have the Pabbly Connect Workflow set up correctly as well. See embedded screenshot.

I still only get ONE of the 100+ rows that should be synced. Please advise.

Hey @VFW 4893

Could you please tell us if your data is coming from another application or if you are manually feeding it? So if you getting data from a third-party application, in that case, you need to check both the options of "Send On Event" and "Auto Send on Schedule" and by enabling both the options then the data can be forwarded in 1hr. That is something associated with Google API and we cannot change or manipulate it.

And if you are adding the row manually then kindly select "Send on Event" only. Then try adding a new row to test the workflow.

Moreover, you can re-capture the webhook response again and remap the action event if you made any changes in your Google Sheets.
