Header Promotional Banner and Upgrade Button

Hi - the client is paying monthly for the Unlimited plan and wants to know how they can stop seeing the promotional banner and "Upgrade" button as they find it intrusive to the UI. They are happy to receive offers via email but don't want it there every time they login. Is there a setting to hide this?
