help in setting up Pabbly chatflow

Need help in setting up Pabbly chatflow. I was already using 360dialog with pabbly connect. Can i integrate 360 dialog API directly with pabbly chatflow. I tried using chatflow with the same number configured with 360dialog. but it does not work. Although number is integrated with chatflow features like inbox, template creator not working.
Example - even if i send a messege to WABA number it does not reflect in chatflow
The template created is showing as active in Meta dashboard but in pabbly chatflow it is showing as pending.
Can any expert help me here

Hello Salil,

The Pabbly Chatflow software runs on top of the native WhatsApp Cloud API.

It will not work if you use any third-party WhatsApp Cloud API partner platform because most third-party platforms lock you to their own system.

For Inbox to work, you will have to copy the webhook URL provided by Chatflow and insert it inside your WhatsApp Cloud API account.

For template status to sync, you will again have to set up the webhook URL provided by Pabbly Chatflow inside your WhatsApp Cloud API account.

Do you have any documentation on how to use pabbly chatflow for those who are already using cloud api through 360Dialog ?
The configuration is getting too technical and not proper documentation. pls help

Pabbly Chat Flow is designed to work with WhatsApp Cloud API, whereas 360dialog is a WhatsApp BSP with its own API. Because of this difference, integrating 360dialog’s API with Chat Flow is not possible at the moment.

To fully access Chat Flow’s features like Inbox, Template Creator, and Message Syncing, you’ll need to set it up using WhatsApp Cloud API. You can follow the setup guides and discussions in our community forum here - https://forum.pabbly.com/forums/tips-roadmap.56/

I have already set up pabbly chatflow as per instructions. However it is not working (no inbox and template sync). I am using the same number which is already configured with 360Dialog. I dont want to use different numbers. Can both the systems work with same number ?

  1. Using the same number: You can use the same number configured with 360dialog in Pabbly Chat Flow. However, syncing inbox messages and templates between both systems isn’t possible.
  2. Template approval: We noticed one of your templates is still pending. Normally, templates get approved within a few seconds. If it’s taking longer, it may indicate an incomplete webhook setup. Can you please training video or documentation for moving from 360dialog to pabbly chatflow (without changing number). there are many pabbly connect users who are using 360 dialog. they will find it useful.
I tried but i am still stuck between two platforms.

Hello @Salil,

You can certainly use Chatflow with the same number that was previously configured in 360 Dialog. However, please note that syncing chats from 360 Dialog with Chatflow is not possible. Since your number is already approved by Meta, you will need to add and configure the same number in Chatflow.

Additionally, as you have already been using this number with 360 Dialog, the associated app has already been created, and there is no need to create a new one.
