How to boradcast a video template

I created a vide template it got approved by Meta. When I want to broadcast it to my contacts, I choose where the Videos is stored, when I click on upload, suddenly the page goes blank.

How to fix this issue?

3. Make sure the video uses a supported format (mp4, H.264 video + AAC audio) and stays within WhatsApp's size limits of 16 MB.

Also, if you are referencing the video via a URL, ensure it is a direct, publicly accessible downloadable link (ending in .mp4) rather than a page link.
