How to change several placeholders in Google Docs document

1) Our exact use case: - Create several Closing docs for each Real Estate Closing using several Google Docs templates, personalized by replacing placeholders with Air Table data

2) How to format the number(s)? - After replacing placeholders with AT data, use the "Date" and ""Currency" formatters to correctly format results (see attached). Have not solved problem of "How to configure formatter to re-format multiple variables at a time, using just the appropriate formatter?

Thank you for the confirmation.

You seem to have already set up a Date/Time Formatter to convert the date into your desired format. You can add multiple Date/Time Formatter steps to your workflow to format each date as required and then map the formatted data to the Google Docs action step.
As for adding the $ sign before the amount, you don't need to use any formatter for this. You can simply enter the $ sign manually before the mapped amount directly in Google Docs action step. This way, when the amount is added to your Google Docs, it will include the $ sign.

Thanks for your tips so far. To clarify previous messages, our company needs to personalize closing docs with AirTable records, many of which are not formatted correctly. So, for each workflow in Pabbly Connect, there could be as many as six fields needing to be re-formatted. I've not seen any references to Formatter tools supporting multiple field re-formats in a single tool. So, must I use a Formatter tool for each field? Or, can several fields be formatted somehow in the tool. I once tried to include additional fields in that space. It summed up the numbers rather than re-formatting them? Your thoughts?
