Google sheet + Flodesk

Hello Grant,
Thanks for reaching out. Since your test works but the 10 new rows aren't triggering the workflow, this is almost always due to the Send Mode configuration in the Pabbly Connect Webhooks add-on in your Google Sheet.
Please open your Google Sheet and go to Extensions > Pabbly Connect Webhooks > Initial Setup, then check the following:
1. Trigger Column: You mentioned using Column J as the final column. Confirm that Column J always gets a value on every new row, since the webhook only fires once that column has a value.
2. Send Mode - choose based on how rows are being added:
- If rows are added by an automation (another tool, form, API, etc.), enable Auto Send on Schedule (also called Send on Schedule). Send on Event will NOT fire for programmatic edits. Pabbly checks for such data once every hour.
- If rows are added manually by a person typing, enable Send on Event. Note that if you paste data, you must press Enter (or click out of the cell) so the row event is committed.
3. Sheet Name (tab): Confirm the correct tab is selected and matches where the data lands.
4. Click Send Now / Submit to save after any change, and make sure the webhook URL in the add-on matches the trigger webhook URL in your workflow.
5. Confirm the workflow toggle is turned ON.
After updating, add a fresh test row the same way your real data arrives and check the Task History in Pabbly Connect to confirm the trigger captured it.
Thanks & Regards,
Adeel Akhtar
