Franz Abraham — Question ·
Hi,

Thanks for flagging this. The "Test" workflow was being used for development/testing purposes and I wasn't aware it was consuming an unusually high volume of tasks — I'll investigate the cause (likely a retry loop or misconfigured trigger) before running it again.

Could you please reactivate/unpause the workflow so I can access its execution history? I need that history to identify exactly what caused the spike, since I don't have visibility into it while it's paused.

Once I've confirmed and fixed the issue, I'll make sure it's properly optimized before leaving it running again.

Thanks for your help.

Hello Franz,

Thank you for reaching out.

We checked the workflow and found that the workflow executed with only free steps in the workflow and no paid steps were executed, so your paid tasks are available, but the daily free task limit is exhausted.

The free task limit for each workflow is determined by multiplying the total number of tasks allotted to the customer's Pabbly Connect account by 10. For example, if a customer has been allocated 100 tasks for their Pabbly Connect account, each workflow will have a daily free task limit of 1000 (i.e., 10 times the allotted tasks). It is important for customers to be aware of this limit to avoid encountering errors and ensure smooth workflow execution within their accounts.

You need to check the Router filters, as it seems they are now configured correctly.

Thanks & Regards,

Adeel Akhtar
