Google Business Reply - Receiving 404

I am creating a workflow to help our company respond to google reviews. I use the "Google My Business" to pull the Response Result Review Name - I have mapped the Response Result Review Name under the Google Business Profile "Create Reply".
When the API runs I receive a 404 response.
