How to Convert API Link to JPEG File?

Hello,
I am using https://www.generatebanners.com/ to get banner images, but the output goes this way:

I want to post this to Instagram, but this isn't ending with JPEG, how can convert this into JPEG so that i can post to Instagram?

Any help is appreciated.
