How to share WhatsApp inbox access with a client without sharing account credentials?

We are a marketing agency.


One of our clients wants to launch a WhatsApp broadcast campaign, and they also want to reply to incoming customer messages from that campaign. However, we cannot share our Pabbly account credentials with the client.


Since Pabbly provides an inbox for WhatsApp campaign messages, we would like to know:
  • Is there a way to share inbox access with a client?
  • Does Pabbly support multi-user access, sub-accounts, or role-based permissions for WhatsApp inbox management?
  • If not, what is the recommended approach for allowing a client to handle incoming messages from a specific campaign or WhatsApp number?

We’re looking for a secure way for the client to manage replies without giving full account access.

Thanks for reaching out. Yes, you can share WhatsApp Inbox access securely by adding your client as a Team Member in your Pabbly account.

At the moment, we do not have sub-accounts or user-level role-based permissions beyond the available team member permission types. However, you can assign the appropriate access so they can manage and reply to inbox conversations without needing your main login credentials.
