We are a marketing agency.
One of our clients wants to launch a WhatsApp broadcast campaign, and they also want to reply to incoming customer messages from that campaign. However, we cannot share our Pabbly account credentials with the client.
Since Pabbly provides an inbox for WhatsApp campaign messages, we would like to know:
We’re looking for a secure way for the client to manage replies without giving full account access.

- Does Pabbly support multi-user access, sub-accounts, or role-based permissions for WhatsApp inbox management?
- If not, what is the recommended approach for allowing a client to handle incoming messages from a specific campaign or WhatsApp number?
