I need help Facebook Leads - with Facebook settings

i do ads for local gyms and my question is, is it necessary, to get get the admin settings of the FB Page of the locale Gym, that the workflow from pabbly starts?
Because a gym owner only give me the settings for the ads and the workflow don't start. But he don't want to give me the admin rights.
The other gyms give me the admin rights and the workflow starts.
What is the solution ? LG Pierre

Hi @Pierre,

Yes, you are supposed to connect with the Facebook account that has admin access to the lead you are trying to capture.

Workflow not working
