I am currently sending a normal text message with coupon code to abondoned cart customer. I also want to add product image as well with text , how do I do it.

Could you please elaborate a bit more on your exact use case? Also, please confirm what you want to keep as the trigger for this workflow (for example: New Order in Shopify (COD only)).
