I was unable to use template which i design

i was unable to use template which i design in watsapp cloud api. pabbly allow to send message from hello_world
(default template) but not cant send from my own template. status is success but can't send

Hi @Konark CBCT Centre,

Please try creating a new template in your WhatsApp Cloud API account and see if this fixes the issue for you. Make sure your template is approved. If the issue persists, please get in touch with Meta's support as the problem seems to be originating from their end.
