Anyway, the Duplicate response occurs when a tag has already been added to the contact, and a user is trying to add the same tag to the same contact again. Your workflow is setup correctly, and the automation should work as intended.

Hi Jake! Wanting to ask if this is already resolved? If yes, may I know what workaround you have to make it working? This is exactly my problem right now.
