Integrating Calendly with Systeme.io using Pabbly Connect

Objective: When someone schedules an event in Calendly, add the contact into systeme.io, then tag the contact.



Workflow: Calendly --> systeme.io (Create Contact) --> systeme.io (Add Tag to Contact)



When does it work: It works when the contact I'm trying to add does not already exist in systeme.io.



When it doesn't work: It doesn't work when the email (contact) already exists in systeme.io because systeme.io (Create Contact) throws an exception that the email value already exists.

To achieve this use case, follow these steps:

Check Contact Existence: Whenever someone schedules an event in Calendly, use the action event “Search using Email” in System.io to check if the contact exists in the system. Refer to the screenshot below for more details.

Use Router Option: After verifying the contact, you can use the router option in your workflow. Set up the router to perform different actions based on the response:
  1. If the contact exists, update the tag using the “Add Tag to Contact” action.
  2. If the contact does not exist, use the “Create Contact” action, and then apply the appropriate tag.
You can refer to the tutorial video on creating a Systeme.io contact from a Calendly invitee using Pabbly Connect:

We have tried all of that but it is producing this error message when an email address doesn't exist. (see attached image).
This is my workflow

Tried changing the Country Code, still not working. Please refer to this thread. You managed to make it work here. But no matter how much we try, it's not working.

We have updated the country field to "IN" (India) in your workflow and re-executed the previously failed workflow and it worked successfully. Please refer to the screenshot below for more details:

You can now update the country field to your desired one by entering the appropriate country code. Additionally, you may want to send another test response to ensure that your workflow is functioning correctly.
