I authorize Pabbly Support to log in to my account and make changes to the specified workflow for troubleshooting.

Hi Team,

I'm trying to invite a second user to the account, and share the folder/workflows. They have not used Pabbly before. I have followed the videos, guides etc, but when I try to add their e-mail address (never accessed Pabbly previously), I receive this error:

For info, I am logged in as the single user currently on the account.

How do I move forward from here in terms of getting another user added?

Hello @adampj,

To add any email address as a team member, the email must be associated with an existing Pabbly account. If the user has not logged in to Pabbly yet, please ask them to do so first. Once they have logged in, you will be able to add them as a team member and share the folder/workflows.

Okay. Thanks @Preeti Paryani , appreciate the direction.

For future feedback, it would be good to combine this step, so simply an invite is sent out to the user that also creates a Pabbly account simultaneously - similar to the 'Add User' process used by the likes of Airtable and Brevo.

In any case, appreciate the support! Appreciate the Pabbly team.
