Issue in Message delivery smshorizon

am facing issue sending messages using smshorizon app. API Key, Username matched without error 2 times. in SMSHorizon also Template ID, Template Description copy paste without error. anybody facing same issue, can suggest go ahead steps...

Seems like you might not have sufficient balance (or) the API key is not found (or) No numbers (or) Invalid Sender ID.

Please check carefully and then try again.
