Replied issue with segmentation

Hello Pabbly Support,


I have another issue with segmentation in Pabbly Email Marketing (Unlimited plan).


When I create a segment with conditions: Tag is "gmail" AND Opened last campaign


It shows 0 results, even though I have many subscribers with this tag who definitely opened the last campaign.

• I already waited several hours.
• Subscribers are in Active status (not in suppression).

Can you please check why the segment is not showing results?

Hi @thedividendowner,

Based on your Pabbly Email Marketing dashboard, we can see that there are no subscribers in your subscriber list who have been tagged with “Gmail.” The subscribers are being added to a list named “Gmail,” but they have not been tagged with the “Gmail” tag.
