Meta Lead Ads (New Lead istant) no task executed

Hello, we're experiencing an issue with automation.

No tasks have been executed since October 21st, but checking the Business Manager and the ADVs, we've seen that there are leads starting from October 23rd.

Can you tell us why there are no tasks performed after October 21st even though there should be?

Hi,

We recommend creating a new Facebook Lead Ads connection in Pabbly Connect, as the existing connection may no longer be working correctly.

Please follow these steps:

  1. Open your workflow in Pabbly Connect.

  2. Click on the Facebook Lead Ads trigger step.

  3. Under the Connections tab, select Add New Connection, as highlighted in the attached screenshot.

  4. Log in to your Facebook account and authorize the required permissions.

  5. Select the relevant Facebook Page and lead form, then save the connection.

  6. Save the workflow and ensure that it is switched ON.

After creating the new connection, please test the workflow:

  1. Open the Facebook Lead Ads trigger step and use Facebook's Testing Tool to generate a test lead.

  2. Check whether the test lead is captured in Pabbly Connect and whether the subsequent workflow steps execute successfully.

  3. If the test works successfully, submit a genuine lead through your actual Facebook lead form to verify that real leads are also triggering the workflow correctly.

Please let us know the results of both tests so we can assist you further if the issue persists.
