Unable to Integrate New Form – “No Data Available” and Existing Forms Getting Deactivated Automatically

Sanket Awachat — Question ·

Dear Pabbly Support Team,

I am facing two issues with Pabbly Connect and need your assistance in resolving them.

Issue 1: Unable to Integrate a New Form
When I try to integrate a new form in Pabbly Connect, the form list appears completely empty and displays the message “No Data Available.” Because of this, I am unable to select or connect the form for my workflow.

Issue 2: Existing Forms Getting Deactivated Automatically
My previously connected forms are also getting deactivated automatically without any manual changes from my side. This is affecting my existing workflows and automation processes.

I request you to please investigate both issues and help me identify the root cause. Kindly provide a permanent solution so that I can integrate new forms successfully and ensure my existing form integrations remain active.

Please let me know if you require any additional information, screenshots, or access details to investigate the issue.

Thank you.

Hi Sanket,

Thank you for your patience.

We have checked the issue from our end by testing the Retrieve Lead action event and encountered the following error:

“Error validating access token: The session has been invalidated because the user changed their password or Facebook has changed the session for security reasons.”

This indicates that the Facebook access token associated with the connected account is no longer valid, possibly because the Facebook password was changed or Facebook invalidated the session for security reasons.

To resolve this issue, we request you to reconnect your Facebook Lead Ads account in Pabbly Connect and authorize the required permissions again and create a new connection. Once reconnected, please check whether the lead forms are loading correctly and whether the integration is working as expected.
For your reference, we have attached a screenshot showing the error encountered during our testing.

Please let us know if the issue persists after reconnecting the account so that we can investigate further.
