Subject: Google Business Profile "New Review (Instant)" trigger returns 404 NOT_FOUND when fetching review

Hi Pabbly Support,

I'm having an issue with the Google Business Profile "New Review (Instant)" trigger in my workflow "Google Review Response Melbourne CBD."

The notification from Google is received correctly, but the follow-up request to fetch the review details fails with a 404 error.

What the trigger response shows:

Notification (res1), received successfully:

- type: NEW_REVIEW

- event: 1

- account: accounts/112439037502903351733

- location: accounts/112439037502903351733/locations/18170365778396898439

Review lookup (res2), failed:

- error code: 404

- error status: NOT_FOUND

- error message: Requested entity was not found.

The notification payload does not seem to include a review ID/name field, only the account and location. My guess is that the review lookup is being made without a valid review ID, or against an endpoint that doesn't match this location.

What I've checked:

- The connected Google account is an Owner/Manager of this business profile [confirm before sending]

- The issue occurs with a real review, not only test data [confirm before sending]

- I have re-selected the location in the trigger settings [confirm before sending]

Could you please check:

1. Whether the review ID is being correctly extracted from the Google notification

2. Whether the API endpoint used to fetch the review is correct for this account/location

3. Whether any change on Google's side (API version or permissions) is causing this
