Meta Lead Ads (New Lead istant) Webhook stucked

Hello Gennaro,
Thank you for reaching out, and sorry for the trouble with the Meta Lead Ads webhook.
When a test lead isn't captured and the trigger stays stuck in a listening/waiting state, it usually points to a stale connection or a trigger configuration carried over in the existing workflow. Please try the following:
1. Turn off the affected workflow and delete it (do not just edit it).
2. Go to Settings, then Connections, and refresh/update your Meta Lead Ads connection.
3. Create a brand new workflow from scratch, do not clone or duplicate the old one, since the broken trigger configuration can carry over.
4. Reconfigure the Meta Lead Ads trigger, select the page and lead form again.
5. For the New Lead (Instant) trigger, submit a test lead using the Facebook Lead Ads Testing Tool: https://developers.facebook.com/tools/lead-ads-testing. Note that you must be the Owner of the Facebook Page for this trigger to capture test leads. If you are not the page owner, switch to the New Lead trigger event instead, which does not require page ownership.
6. Make sure the new workflow is turned ON before testing.
If the freshly-built workflow still fails to capture the test lead after re-establishing the connection, please share the new workflow link with us so we can investigate further.
