Power BI Integration with Pabbly Connect:

This documentation provides a detailed, step-by-step guide for integrating your Microsoft Power BI account with Pabbly Connect. Following these instructions will enable you to establish a seamless connection between the two platforms.

Integration Steps:

1. Select "Microsoft Power BI" Action:

• Within Pabbly Connect, navigate to the action step and choose "Microsoft Power BI" as the action you wish to perform. Select an action event, such as "Get Datasets from the group."
  
  

2. Configure the Connection:

• To establish a connection, select "Add New Connection" and log in to your Power BI account. If you already have an existing connection, you can opt for "Select Existing Connection" instead.
  
  

Actions:

1. "Get Datasets From Group"

• Use Case: To retrieve all available datasets in a specific group.
• Select the "Get Datasets from Group" action, connect your Power BI account, choose the group ID, and click "Save and send test request."
  
  

2. "Get Specific Dataset in a Group"

• Use Case: To fetch a specific dataset within a particular group.
• Choose the group ID and dataset ID from the dropdown, then click "save and send test request."
  
  

3. "Get Dashboard Tile"

• Use Case: Retrieves tile details from a specific dashboard.
• Choose the dashboard ID and tile ID from the dropdown, then click on "save and send test request".
  
  

4. "Get Dashboard"

• Use Case: Retrieves details of a specific dashboard.
• Choose the dashboard ID, then click "save and send test request."
  
  

5. "Add Dashboard in the Group"

• Use Case: Adds a dashboard to a specific group.
• Choose the group ID and provide the dashboard name, then click on "save and send test request".
  
  

6. "Get Report in a Group"

• Use Case: Retrieves details of a specific report within a specific group.
• Choose the group ID and report ID, then click on "save and send test request".
  
  

7. "Refresh Specific Dataset in a Group"

• Use Case: Refreshes a dataset within a group.
• Choose the group ID and dataset ID from the dropdown. Also, select the appropriate notification option as needed, then click on "save and send test request".
  
  

8. "Add Rows in Specific Dataset in a Group"

• Use Case: Adds multiple rows to a specific dataset in a group.
• Choose the group ID, dataset ID, and table name. Add table-specific row objects in the provided format, then click on "save and send test request".
  
  

9. "Add Rows in My Workspace Dataset"

• Use Case: Adds multiple rows to a dataset in your workspace.
• Choose the dataset ID and table name. Add table-specific row objects in the provided format, then click on "save and send test request".
  
  

10. "Delete Specific Dataset in a Group"

• Use Case: Deletes a specific dataset within a specific group.
