Move action with drag

I've always wondered while using the zapier.

I was wondering why action can't change the order up and down with drag of the mouse.

In particular, I want to move the action outside the router to a specific condition statement of the router, but it's impossible, so I have to make it new from the beginning.

Productivity and efficiency decrease.
