MP4 videos not uploading on instagram or facebook

from last month i m facing issue but unable to get solution. from one drive or google drive showing error media type even downloded as mp4. paably has limitation to recognize file URL generated by trigger step google drive or one drive. anyone can help as month developer are trying but no success.

The file you are trying to upload is larger than 20 MB, so you won't be able to upload it to a File Uploader and then pass it to Facebook. Please try uploading the file to CloudConvert and then pass it to Facebook.

We checked the Google Drive link you shared, and our file uploader is unable to convert it to MP4. When we try to access the link:

https://drive.google.com/uc?export=download&id=1OFGgb_gVQMs4C2eFRIqHdENens03i0Ac it redirects to a confirmation page instead of directly downloading the file, which prevents the uploader from processing it.

I m awaiting for solution. from last month this problem is there. from your team hrishbh told be to change platform one drive i did it. Now anushka is working on it . still no solution. I put this issue on forum then ahmed told me to use cloud convert i used it but input format not known. Already sample four videos which are uploded to facebook / /instagram manually however all mp4 videos kept on google drive and one drive unfornately not getting uploaded to instagram /facebook using pabbly automation flow. errors like file format coming mostly as google drive link not input in video Id field. preeti also aware of this issue. problem statement is Mp4 videos are not able to post on instagram /facebook via reels . story . video post . I request pabbly team share proper solution.

We conducted several tests in our account by creating a dummy workflow where we captured the Google Drive response (similar to your setup), used the file upload to obtain a public URL, and then created a video post using the same action you are trying. The workflow worked successfully with both the videos you provided and our own sample videos.

This suggests there may be a configuration issue on your end. We recommend reconnecting all the applications you are using and setting up the workflow as per the structure shown in the example I have shared below.

For your reference, I have attached a screen recording showing the workflow structure and the resulting post made on Facebook. Please review this and let us know the results after reconfiguring.

I have seen video and tried from reference workflow as well from both executing i m getting "file uploder and get URL" stage i m getting .bin file as output response. screen recording ill share later now check this Screenshot . this was problem earlier as well file uploder not able to give mp4 file why?

Dear Preeti ,

videos (MP4) still not able to upload to instagram , facebook and youtube. pls note that i tried many times as discussed but in file uploder and get url stage i m not getting .mp4 file instead i get .bin extention file. due to this posting on social media is still not performed. kindly take this issue aheadon priority.

already 3-4 people are following with issue but no success. requesting to read from original thread as problem statement is simple reiterating again mp4 videos are not gettinh posted on any of social media. error is drive link therefore fileuploader n get url step was suggested. but no success. If you can give workflow will be appreciated.
previously preeti shared workable steps as file uploder generating mp4 for same videos on drive. @preeti @anushka @Resham can check and fix link issue
