New Xero (Dev) Integration 404

Received an email about the old integration being deprecated. Trying to create a new integration with Xero (Developer) as suggested in the email but it keep throwing out the below. Creds and secret are correct

As shown in the screenshot, please select Xero instead of Xero (Developer) while setting up the connection. Please select the Xero app, set up the connection there, and try again.
