Meta is not delivering events to Pabbly URL

My WhatsApp Cloud API Message Notification trigger is not receiving inbound WhatsApp messages.
The callback URL is verified in Meta, and the messages webhook field is subscribed.
I tested from a separate WhatsApp number by sending “TEST 123” to my Cloud API business number.
Please check whether your webhook endpoint received the event.
