No reponse from creating a contact in sendinblue from facebook advs

Hi guys, creating or updating a contact from sendinblue from facebook advs es not working, is not creating the contact, anu suggestion?

As we can see from your desired workflow, it is forwarding your lead data to the SendinBlue account correctly.

Also, I can see the failed status in your Workflow.

The reason for failed status is that the contact you are receiving in Sendinblue is without "+" for eg: 548465444.
So in order to receive contact correctly in Sendinblue, you should add "+" in Facebook leads before your number for eg: +548465444.
