Is there any shared workflows or videos that shows how to use open AI to auto respond to emails?

Although not quite the same, this workflow demonstrates how you can automatically respond to Google Forms feedback, using OpenAI.

Instead of using Google Forms as the trigger, you can choose any trigger application you want to capture the emails. I am attaching a video that shows how you can set up Email Parser as your trigger to capture emails from Gmail.
