PayPal displays wrong information from Payment Module

Hello Everyone,
For over a year we've been using the Form Payment Module with no issues. Since July, however, the "Payment Received" notifications have been randomly displaying the wrong Class, even though the Payment Module has the correct class in the Product Name and Field Label.
Example - Payment Module data for the Spine Class has the correct Product Name:
After downloading and checking the Submissions page PDFs, it turns out that the PayPal transaction information lists a different class!
Thankfully the other information (like the payment amount) is correct - it looks like the wrong class title got sent to PayPal.

Please find out why this issue is happening, and make sure that all Pabbly Forms (and especially the Payment Modules) are fixed so this does not happen again.
