Permanent Token

I am trying to use whatsapp clould api from pabbly connect. I have created a permanent token, when I change the temporary token to permanent token, Phone number ID and WhatsApp Business Account ID connection is getting successful. But I'm not able to see any of my templets created in meta app under Template Name in pabbly connect and if i try sending messages it throws an error. Please help me to resolve it.
