Regarding Respond Io

Can you please add to use Approved templates in Respond io.

At present we can't fetch the Template messages for send to customer.
We only have limited options as attached. Please check and revert back with updating.

If there's any other option kindly let's know.
Because only Pre approved template messages can open a new chat in Respond Dashboard.

That could take time as the integration team will first have to check the compatibility of supporting templates and if the corresponding API are being provided or not by Respond.io team.
