send template messege with botbiz

Hello! I try to send a message through bot biz, and a message appears. Important Note: WhatsApp has strict policies regarding messaging outside the 24-hour window, known as the "24-hour window". If a user interacts with your business account, you have 24 hours to respond to their message with any type of message, including text messages. However, if you want to send a text message to a user outside the 24-hour window, you must have an approved message template following WhatsApp's guidelines.
Does anyone know how to send the template?
