Sending limit to 10000 not working

Hi,
The upgrade doesnt work. Today i've sent over 4000 mails but this is not updating:
How to unlock Tier 4 (10.000 emails/day)
Send to 4.000 more people while keeping your bounce and spam rates healthy. Your limit increases automatically — just keep sending cleanly.
It's not upgrading automatically.
